Refund

You can exchange your order in any physical store (except Quarteira). The product must be in its original packaging, together with the invoice. You can send your order to our facilities, at your cost, or change into any Seaside store.

Delivery

For mainland Portugal the deliveries are made within a maximum period of 3 working days. In the case of Portugal-Islands the delivery time can vary be 10 business days. Seaside sends an order to the whole European Union, within a delivery time that can be 10 business days, depending on the country of destination.
